不锈钢桶发酵，228升法国橡木桶陈酿9个月

含蓄的但不失复杂度，有热带水果如蜜桃，西柚，以及一些火柴梗，烧烤，榛子等香气作为烘托。中等酒体，入口同样可以感受到白桃，榛子，奶油等气息，与酸度平衡得非常好。具有良好的结构感，以及悠长的回味。

Understated yet complex at the same time, this wine displays typical white peach, grapefruit and creamy characters with hints of struck match, char and hazelnut in the background. The medium weight palate delivers white peach, hazelnut and cream with well balanced acidity and a little texture giving the wine line and length.
